Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: The conference centre is open every weekday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm,
but meetings can be arranged beyond these hours, including weekends.
Q: How much notice is required to book a room?
A: Although we appreciate at least two weeks’ advance notice, we will
try to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Q: Is technical support available?
A: Technical support is available for all meetings, and we can arrange this
for you at an additional cost.
Q: Do you have simultaneous interpreters on staff?
A: We do not have in-house interpreters, but will provide you with a list of
companies that offer this service, or we would be happy to arrange this for
you.
