Reception

Staffed by a conference coordinator, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, the reception area is a welcoming, comfortable place to greet your meeting guests.

Between the meeting rooms, there  are spacious open areas equipped with soft seating and telephones- perfect for breaks, receptions and registration space.

Want to check your email or print a boarding pass? There is a convenient cybercafé located in an alcove behind the reception area, perfect for all your small print jobs or quick internet searches! Our conference coordinator can assist you with any of your meetings’ needs, including photocopying, faxing and meal planning,to ensure your meetings run smoothly.

There is no need to go off site to enjoy a quality meal in a bright, spacious setting. The market-style cafeteria on the first floor of the building offers a variety of fresh salads, make-your-own sandwiches and hot meals cooked while you wait.

Fully equipped with tables, chairs, fireplace and sound system; this bright, open space can be rented after 3:00 pm and is the perfect place for dinners and large receptions.

During the summer months, you and your guests are welcome to dine outside on the patio, or have a picnic on one of the many park benches in the green space surrounding the building.
