Open for business in January 2003, the Dow's Lake Court Conference Centre is equipped with audio and video conferencing, as well as ceiling-mounted projectors to assist with presentations. Teleconferencing is available in all rooms. The rooms can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 58 people and have digitally controlled heating, cooling and fresh air ventilation systems. There is a simultaneous interpretation room available to accommodate multi-language meetings. There is a large break out/reception area where catering can be set up for large groups. Full catering service is available as well as a market-style cafeteria which is located on the main level, one floor below the conference centre. The lobby of the building features a beautiful 2-story water wall which can be seen from the lobby of the conference centre. There is spacious and secure underground parking available. The conference centre is fully accessible for the disabled.
